As a multinational high-tech enterprise, Durkee® focuses on engineering, manufacturing and selling elastomeric thermal insulation products, customized fabric air ducting in the HVAC/R industry over the past 30 years. Durkee's technical-based manufacturing and solution service-oriented organization is demonstrated in its professional core business divisions and three renowned brands (Nannosox®, Durkflex®, InsuSoxTM) in Durkee owned two state-of-art manufacturing facilities.
The sales executive is responsible for promoting and selling the Durkee insulation products solution at TX and FL. The sales executive will develop a customer base of independant manufacturer's representatives, project owners, mechanical engineers, and key personnels to expand Durkee's presence in commercial and industrial applications.
Job Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain sales market for Durkee insulation brands in the assigned territory with focused commerical HVAC/R applications
2. Present owners, mechanical engineers, and architects with Durkee insulation offerings and benefit to build up presence and to win new business
3. Industry trend awareness and analysis; deep knowledge of competitors offerings and strategies
4. Work closely with technical, marketing and inside teams to implement sales plans
5. Activity reporting and accountability; maintain activity targets and reporting of actions taken to achieve sales goals in cooperation with team members and established sales process.
Requirements
- Sales working experience in commercial HVAC/R field is preferred.
- Strongly self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven
- Resides in the great western states preferred.
- The ability to be traveling up to at least 50% of working days.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field preferred.
The position is a remotely-based full time job. Durkee will offer you:
- Expected annual base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 (varies depending on job-related skills, experience, and location)
