We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing telecommunication systems and projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implementation: Develop and oversee the implementation of telecommunication systems, including wireless, fiber optics, and satellite communications. Ensure designs meet both customer needs and regulatory standards.

  2. Project Management: Manage telecommunications projects from conception through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  3. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with and ensure compliance to state and federal telecommunication regulations. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports.

  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of telecommunication systems with other infrastructures.

  5. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in telecommunications. Recommend new technologies and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  6. Client Relations: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for telecommunication systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  2. Licensure: Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington State, or ability to obtain one.

  3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex projects.

  4. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of technologies and systems. Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools.

  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

  7. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
