Responsibilities:
- Management of two current showrooms in Farmington and Birmingham MI and future showrooms.
- Available during showroom hours 10:45 am - 7pm M-Th plus additional flexible hours.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead sales efforts by aligning clients with an appropriate team members to realize client goals.
- Lead sales efforts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and team members on project progress and performance.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, quoting, purchasing, bookkeeping, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Organize operations for optimal efficiency.

- Experience in Business Administration and Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales or Account/Client Management roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work enthusiastically with a variety of team members.
- Proficient with computer software.
