We are a B2B wholesaler for vape & smoke shop supplies and assorted accessories. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization that requires strong technical sales skills, business development acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
```Duties```
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and target new clients in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on account status and progress
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track account activity and manage sales pipeline
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
Nice to haves but not required
- Cannabis, Wholesale or Vape Industry experience
-Experience using Hubspot CRM
-Experience in an E-commerce based sales environment.
-Experience managing a book of over 20 accounts at a time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
