We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (F&R) Manager to help grow our business and be a key part of the team that will be driving the growth of our US Finance & Risk Advisory practice.
This is a hybrid role (three days in office, two days remote) or full-time in the office, and is open to candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance of New York City or Chicago.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 – 10 years + of Finance Advisory experience, preferably with a Big Four firm (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
Proven, referenceable experience in managing projects covering at least two of the following areas:
- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting process improvement
- Enterprise/Business Unit Performance Management and Measurement
- Financial Statement Close Process Improvement
- Working Capital Optimization
- Finance technology business advisory and implementation experience, including leading Enterprise Performance Management applications (Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud), Finance and Accounting applications (Alteryx, Blackline, OneStream) and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday). Enterprise Performance Management is a must.
- Strong understanding of management reporting, and financial planning & analysis (budget, forecast) in at least two of our key industry sectors, which include the Automotive, Banking & Capital Markets, Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Retail, Health & Social Care, Industrial Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Resources, Transportation & Logistics, and Utilities sectors
- Track record of successfully managing projects from conceptual design through implementation within scope, on budget, and on time while exceeding clients’ expectations
- Exemplary business acumen supplemented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with executive and senior level client decision makers
- Experience with supporting business development and sales activities, including creating presentations, whitepapers and assisting with RFP responses
- Forward thinking, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial, thriving on new challenges in a dynamic business environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and play an active role in mentoring and developing Consultants and Analysts
- Ability to travel up to 80% (Monday through Thursday) as required

- Professional accreditation in any of the following areas would also be desirable:
- CPA or CMA Certification
- PMI Project Management Professional Certification
- Anaplan Modeler or Solution Architect Certification
