ResponsibilitiesWithin delegated authority, the Information Management Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: To effectively perform the Help Desk duties under the guidance of the Information Systems Officer; To monitor all incoming issues as received by the support email account; To acknowledge and screen the received issues; To work on deploying new Laptops and Desktops to Staff following the SOP established by the Information Systems Officer; To communicate with the Information Systems Officer, IT coordinator and development team regarding specific issues, providing details and making suggestions; To notify users of issues that have been resolved/closed as instructed by the Information Systems Officer; To effectively perform the duties of a quality assurance tester for IT systems under the guidance of the IT coordinator; To perform additional tasks as required, to assist the IT team with the upkeep of IT systems; To assist the collection of user feedback and suggestions; To assist maintaining and updating project documentation; To participate in meetings with substantive areas; To assist in the storage of ICSC records; To maintain statistics on service and workload measures.
