Assistant Retail Center Manager

As an Assistant retail manager, you will be responsible for helping oversee the operations and offering a diverse selection of services to meet our customers' needs. Some of the services we include are shipping, packing, mailboxes, printing, notary services, and many more. The goal is to help our store in ways that boosts revenue and grows the business

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory, technology, back-office processes, asset protection, opening/closing procedures, store maintenance and much more.
• Collaborate with the manager to develop a marketing store strategy.
• Train and assist new store employees.
• Suggest new ideas to improve store's performance and productivity.
• Create a culture that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
• Become an expert in all products and services, proactively learning about new programs, policies, etc.
• Identify potential sales growth opportunities and suggest plans to capitalize on them.
• Become a Notary in Massachusetts or Rhode Island depending on store location.

• Our franchise currently operates 7 locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our locations are Smithfield RI, Warwick RI, Barrington RI, Seekonk MA, Westport MA, Fairhaven MA, and Wareham MA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
