Influencer Marketing Manager

AC Infinity designs and sells environmental control equipment in the growing and HVAC marketspace. We are looking for one individual to identify, foster, and manage relationships with online influencers and partners that align with the company's brand and goals. This role is essential to amplify the brand's voice and extend its reach through strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have concentrated experience with in-house influencer programming, with proven ability to identify and seek out high-impact partnerships, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and create collaborative opportunities beyond our current reach.

Job Duties Overview

· Research and identify potential influencers and partners that align with the brand's image and objectives. Conduct outreach efforts, initiate conversations, and negotiate partnership terms.

· Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to ensure long-term collaboration. Monitor influencer content to ensure it remains consistent with the brand's image and message. Address any concerns or issues raised by influencers or partners in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design and implement influencer campaigns, as well as third-party vendors to craft unique, memorable, and "share-worthy" seeding experiences, gifting, and mailers for our partners.

· Regularly evaluate the ROI of partnerships and influencer relationships. Provide feedback to the marketing and strategy teams on trends, insights, and potential areas of opportunity.

· Draft, review, and finalize contracts for influencers and partners, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Ensure compliance with the terms of contracts and address any breaches or concerns.

Requirements

· BA/BS degree in, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent preferred.

· Minimum 2+ years of concentrated experience with in-house influencer programming, partnerships and campaigns; proven ability to significantly build brand awareness.

· Strong understanding of native social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest)

· Experience in using influencer management tools such as (CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, Grin, Upfluence or comparable).

· Proven ability to successfully manage individual partnerships and campaigns from ideation to execution.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
