Credit Card Transaction Entries
Reconciliations (Bank Account and Credit Card)
Weekly Payroll
Filing payroll registers
ADP new employee setup / terminating employees in ADP
ADP W2 distribution to employees
Setting up employee deductions for unpaid benefits (health/dental/life insurance)
Reimbursing employees on checks for small costs (mileage/etc)
Management of employees’ paid time off / sick time hour allotments.
- Other Miscellaneous Tasks:
Reminders to President about various due dates:
· quarterly payments (shop rent)
· Mailing w2’s to employees from previous year
· 1099’s
· Personal property renditions (McKinney and Burkburnett)
· Property renditions (McKinney and Burkburnett)
Various payroll reports for Texas Workforce Commission or other Government Agency Request
End of year bookkeeping and/or communication with company Accounting Controller
- Other skills:
· Good at answering phones and talking to customers to transfer to various departments
· Fast typer (60-80wpm preferred)
· Proficient in Office (word/excel/outlook) etc
· Project Management experience would be great to have
· Customer service background would be a plus
· Graphic design (adobe suite) would be a plus
· Multi-tasker (small company so we can wear a lot of hats typically)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
