We are looking for a Fleet Manager to manage the Fleet department for the company. An employee in this class performs the full range of duties associated with overseeing the onsite mechanic shop, overseeing the entire fleet and the acquisition and sales of new/old fleet vehicles. This is an exempt, full time position.

What you can bring to us:
- 2 years’ experience managing fleet and/or vehicle repairs
- Above average understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Good attitude and communication skill set

- Ability to operate Microsoft office.
Responsibilities of the Fleet Manager:
- The acquisition and sale of vehicles
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance including in house repairs and third-party repairs.
- Maintain vehicle appearance and cleanliness.
- Maintain data on vehicles mileage, repairs, tags, maintenance dates.
- Ensure locations are supplied and supported according to needs.
- Ensure all purchases and repairs are shopped for best value.
- Approve and report on vehicle repair expenses and receipts.
- Oversee roadside assistance as needed.
- Oversee operations of onsite mechanic shop.
- Assist in acquiring and updated insurance policies and ensure all vehicles keep updated records
