Your Responsibilities:

• Optimizing Our Fleet: Evaluate needs and manage vehicle acquisition, negotiating procurement to meet organizational goals.
• Ensuring Reliability: Implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor relationships for optimal performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety policies, provide driver training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and keep operations financially sound.
• Tech Integration: Lead integration of fleet management software and technology solutions for improved efficiency.
• Environmental Responsibility: Spearhead eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven track in fleet management or related fields (7-10 years in purchasing or similar field), with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Territory Coverage: Experience in managing a fleet not just in 1 location but multi locations and preferably, multiple states.
• Passion for Progress: Your adaptability, problem-solving, and negotiation skills will drive continuous improvement.
