You’ll answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to convert existing & prospective customers into confirmed service, maintenance, and sales appointments. Our call center is open Monday-Saturday. Our agents work a Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM schedule that includes rotation of Saturday (8AM-7PM) and evening (5PM-7PM) coverage. We also offer flexible Part-Time shifts. Call center experience a plus.
