Duties:
- - Respond to phone, email, text and other digital inquiries about birthday parties and events
- Book Sky Zone events (birthday parties, school or church groups, team building events etc.)
- Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals for party packages and add-on items.
- Complete confirmation calls to Party Parents/Event Guests prior to their event date
- Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to Guests
- Ensure that Party Pros have the necessary details for each party
- Greet and check-in party and event participants
- Always present a professional appearance
- Assist with management of inventory of event supplies
- Filing duties, paperwork and reporting
- Deliver WoW Guest experiences
- Set up and clean up party rooms when needed
- Assist Party Pros when needed
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and high-quality service.
- Handle escalated calls or difficult customers with patience and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
Skills:
- - Strong analytical skills to quickly understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry to accurately input customer information and update records.
- Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide assistance effectively.
- Multilingual abilities, specifically fluency in English and Spanish, to assist diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with medical office operations, including medical terminology, is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with people of all ages
- Must be able to troubleshoot and work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to communicate rules
