Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or provide necessary information
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems for data entry and order processing
