Storage Post has already acquired 11 properties since 2022 and we will continue to grow; we are hiring inbound Customer Service Representatives to support our growing customer base.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling service and sales calls while delivering exceptional Customer Service.
You will:
- Handle customer calls with a high level of professionalism and brand awareness while maintaining a high answer rate at all times.
- Maintain a 98% answer rate at all times.
- Monitor the contact email and support queue and work through issues as they arise.
- Provide superior Customer Service.
- Have the ability to hit daily outbound call goals.
- Other ad hoc operational projects/ assignments as given by the Sales Center Manager.
- Other duties assigned by management.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 2+ years Call Center Customer Service experience required.
- 2+ years Call Center sales experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Proven skills of interacting effectively with potential and existing customers and resolving customer problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with customer conflicts and resolve problems.
