Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment labor laws
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership development
- Assist with organizational design and change management initiatives
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Experience in organization design and change management initiatives
- Knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability in talent management processes
