Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving employees’ issues promptly and organizing team building events
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on results
- Track and manage new hire and annual surveys, and make actionable recommendations based on results
- Undertake tasks around performance review management
- Creating employee engagement plans, and initiating activities
- Assist Director with manager training
- Track, develop, and implement training using company Learning Management System
- Conducts and presents weekly new hire orientation
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, experience and/or other training may substitute for education
- 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources role
