In order to continue our mission of quality care, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide various support services to employees to strengthen the HR administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, background checks and employee eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management and employment law.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data entry including compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate, organize, and track necessary staff training, including the maintenance of certifications, licensure and qualification records for staff.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:
- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
- Healthcare, Non-profit or related industry: 3 years (Preferred)
