The Human Resources Generalist lll is responsible for the implementation, and administration, of the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, compensation/benefits, and organizational development. The HRG lll will assist the HR Manager to develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities.
This role will require you to be onsite.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Implements employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- A minimum of 8 years related HR experience, 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues.
- Broad generalist background including coaching and counseling, performance management, employee involvement, teambuilding, as well as compensation and benefits.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team. Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; Independent, motivated, and driven.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00
However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
