Currently we are recruiting for Human Resource Generalist. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply skills and work as part of great team.
The Human Resources Generalist position performs HR related activities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll administration. Assists in maintaining a positive employee relations environment. Ensures prompt, efficient, and courteous response to all employee relations issues in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Develop successful employee and business partnerships.
- Resolve basic to complex problems by leveraging business and HR knowledge as well as employee and business relationships.
- Administers employee benefit programs (i.e., medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement) including but not limited to facilitating annual open enrollment process; facilitating initial enrollment meetings; processing enrollment/change forms and payroll deductions, and COBRA compliance.
- Responsible for HR and Safety KPI’s.
- Payroll Processing.
- Manages Time and Attendance System
- Assists with staffing requirements including, but not limited to processing Personnel Requisition Form: screening, testing, interviewing, and selecting external job applicants; and processing internal job postings.
- Recruiting, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding and active involvement in New Hire Orientations, including processing new hire paperwork and issuing badges
- Responds to unemployment claims.
- Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from databases.
- Assembles and maintains all employee personnel records, files and information, in compliance with legal requirements and company needs.
- Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately.
- Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans and drive process to successful implementation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
