Position Summary
The Human Resource (HR) Generalist for Bukaty Companies is available to help clients develop, implement and enforce policy and procedure pertaining to the management of staff and employees. This position also helps interpret laws and regulation. This position may serve as the Human Resources department for clients.
Essential Functions
- Interpret and explain Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Address client inquiries regarding employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal, State and Local Laws, such as ACA, EEO, FMLA and ADA.
- Create or update Human Resources documents, such as forms, employee handbooks, policies and procedures, specific to each client when requested.
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Develop and conduct training for clients regarding policies, procedures and current laws.
- Offer specific training programs to help clients maintain workers and stay compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assess organizational needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with clients.
- Develop training materials.
- Consult on difficult staffing matters, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, administering disciplinary procedures and making hiring recommendations.
- Advise on the planning, organizing, or coordination of the staffing, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
- Make appropriate project suggestions and prepare proposals to meet client needs and as instructed by the Director, HR Consulting.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: College Degree in a Social Science, BA in Human Resources preferred
Experience: Minimum of five years Human Resources experience desired
Specific Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Certifications: SPHR or PHR, SPHR preferred
Work Schedule: Full-time, exempt position, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Status: Legal right to work in the United States
Physical Work Conditions
Employee must be able to carry out duties working in an open office environment. This position requires the ability to sit at workstation, use a computer keyboard & mouse, and read from a computer monitor for an extended period.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
