Hr Generalist

Our client is a leading player in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. As they continue to grow, they seek an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.

The HR Generalist will foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. This role will develop and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of HR experience from the food and beverage manufacturing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR strategies that support operational objectives and business growth.
• Develop and execute robust L&D programs for food and beverage manufacturing settings.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and address staff training and development needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, fluently communicating in English and Spanish.
• Accurately process payroll for a large 1000+ employees, managing exempt and non-exempt classifications.
• Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee benefits and compensation programs, offering competitive packages to our employees.
• Resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a productive, ethical, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of HR experience in the food and beverage manufacturing.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the specific compliance and regulatory environment of food and beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in developing and implementing L&D programs in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle sensitive matters discretely.
• Preferred: HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.

Pay: $52,899.59 - $80,000.00 per year
