REPORTING: Sr HR Manager - International, Real Estate, Store Construction & Facilities
Your Role
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing HR support to International, Real Estate, Store Construction & Facilities Home Office associates as well as International field-based associates that support our franchise/partner businesses. The HR Generalist is responsible for the administration of policies and programs including talent lifecycle, HR strategy delivery, associate relations, and performance management. This individual will manage multiple priorities and deadlines for three unique client groups.

Your Impact
HR Partner Support
- Support HR partners with coordination and execution of annual HR processes including Annual Compensation Review (ACR), Associate Opinion Surveys (AOS), Talent Reviews/Calibration, and Quarterly Check-Ins
- Other duties and projects as assigned to support business needs
HR Client Group Support
- Partner with the HR team and business leaders to develop and execute talent management strategies for associates across multiple home-office locations
- Provide coaching and direction to associates on associate relations, performance management, change management, associate development, succession planning and associate retention
- Coordinate and execute the training, communication and components of performance management and associate reviews, succession planning, and associate development
- Participate in creating a client centric, flexible and agile culture
HR Coordination
- Build/update/maintain organizational charts on a scheduled and as-needed basis
- Ensure adherence and compliance with records retention as well as gathering and storage of associate and business records
- Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire set up and communicate onboarding details to new hires
- Manage data updates in HR systems including personal and employment information
- Creates promotion/transfer letters and corresponding rewards statements for internal associate moves
- Manages invoices for HR-related services
- Processes special payments/allowances, stock grants and other compensation adjustments as necessary
- Identify and input data to create positions, departments, and job descriptions to support business needs.
- Actively participates as an advisor for the International “Best Place To Work” Team
HR Systems and Reporting
- Manage data integrity and assist business leaders with HR Access updates and troubleshooting such as manager, position, and department changes
- Create, update, and retrieve reports and manage information gathering and building of reports including Headcount Tracking, Talent Updates, Position ID
- Support creation of any additional/ad hoc reporting as needed
- Supports payroll administration for UK-based international associates
Contingent Labor Management
- Oversee and organize contingent labor (freelancers, temporary associates, and interns) – request approvals, coordinate resources/paperwork, track labor and monitor agreements

Maximum Salary: $73,395.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- 2-4 years Human Resources experience
- Proven relationship building skills
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Acute sense of urgency
- Exhibits flexibility and adapts well to rapid change
- Creates credibility by consistently delivering on commitments
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience using Visio
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience
