GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist!
As the HR Generalist, you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions, as well as manage several HR databases and systems. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training.

Some duties include:
- Providing front-desk administrative support
- Benefits administration, including managing enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Managing HR databases and systems, including background checks, performance agreements, and employee files
- Collecting I-9 documentation from new staff
- Serving as the HR representative for GoodLife’s Johnson County site
- Proctoring sections of new hire training as needed
Some qualifications:
- Associate’s degree minimally required
- At least 1 year of administrative experience required, prior HR experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to learn quickly and teach in front of groups of people
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have valid Driver’s License
