We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a TS/SCI to support U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) in Columbia, MD. Apply today!
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Perform full lifecycle recruitment activities to support recruiting mission.
- Plan and coordinate military and civilian hiring boards.
- Develop questions that effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with leadership to determine hiring requirements and develop recruiting campaign.
- Track candidate activity through accessions database.
- Assemble and maintain applicant packets.
- Develop and deliver briefings, strategies, reports, plans, meeting notes, presentations, etc., to Government Team Leads.
Experience Required for this Role:
- BA or BS degree in human resources, business management or related field or five years military/government work experience relating to human resources, recruitment and/or career management of DoD professionals.
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
