Human Resources Generalist

KeyStaff is hiring fora HR Generalist in Richardson, TX!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $30/ hr

Job Description:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
• Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate a Human Resources Department with two or more employees in the Department.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a multi-task Department in an efficient manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with existing and potential customers and vendors.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business.
• Computer literate in basic office/accounting programs.
• Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
