What you'll be doing day to day
As a Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the HR operations and strategies at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Execute all HR operational tasks to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
Support the unit’s business ambitions by providing relevant HR strategies and goals.
Support the recruitment and on-boarding process in collaboration with local and matrix People & Culture partners.
Execute the delivery of learning & training, unless provided by the Market Area Learning Delivery Specialist.
Secure engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers.
Implement health and wellbeing initiatives at the Distribution/ Customer Fulfillment Center.
Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived, and builds on the IKEA brand.
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

The salary pay range for this role is $76,173-110,451
