HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Human Resources Director (HRD) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Human Resources (HR) function within the agency. The HRD plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing HR team fostering a collaborate and positive work environment
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent development and retention programs
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge the pulse of the workforce and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagements and satisfaction
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations; work with legal counsel when necessary to address legal matters related to HR
- Manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support departmental goals
