Prairie Community Services (PCS) is looking for a Director of Human Resources. The position is located at the corporate office in Morris, MN, but could potentially be hybrid with the right candidate.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal rules and regulations in regard to labor and Human Resources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required
- Three to five years' previous experience in a Human Resources related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, and Human Resources information systems required
- Knowledge of and experience with related employment law (i.e. COBRA/MN Continuation, FMLA, ADA) required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
