Education and Experience: A four-year degree in public administration, Human Resources, or a related field and three years' experience working in Human Resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with recruitment and selection. Knowledge of experience and classification systems.
Salary range is $75,628 to $98,966. Benefits include paid health insurance, H.S.A. contributions, PERA Pension, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and much more.
