Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading Human Resource functions, developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk, attracting and retaining talent, administering benefits programs, and fostering a culture of employee development and engagement. This is an opportunity to lead the HR function and partner with the leadership team to support the company's mission.
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.

- Develops organizational strategies by identifying and researching Human Resources issues; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to align with the organization's strategic thinking and direction; establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Implements Human Resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development records, management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, EEO compliance, and labor relations.
- Resource consultant to management ensuring Human Resources planning, employment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, salary administration and personnel policies and procedures are clear and applied fairly and consistently and in compliance with all state and federal labor laws.
- Provides HR support to Branches and outlying areas through policy interpretation and direction.
- Consults on employee relations, disciplinary issues and staff complaints.
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Effective employee relations and performance management skills
- Familiarity with labor and employment laws
- Ability to analyze HR metrics, trends, and issues to identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred
