Associate Attorney - Criminal

About Us - Small but busy boutique law firm. Seeking Associate Attorney that will work on Criminal and Family Cases the firm has retained. Willing to train candidate but experienced candidate preferred. Candidate will appear in the Courtroom and must want to be in the Courtroom, be aggressive and desires to aggressively defend those accused of crimes and those families needing assistance on Family Cases.
Duties will entail:

• court appearances, reviewing discovery, research, police reports, videos, drafting motions and jail visits with clients.
• Jury trials will be expected. Travel to other counties will be expected.
• Additionally, attorney will be expected to meet with Client and conduct consultations.
• Attorney will also manage staff / legal assistance.
• This is not a work from home position. Spanish Speaker is a preferred.
