Aeroflow Health – Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Asheville, Corporate Office
The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Human Resources Operations team is responsible for managing many aspects of employee relations for over 700 employees. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative functions with an overall goal of supporting Aeroflow’s Mission and delivering world-class service to our coworkers and customers. In addition to supporting the HR Operations Team, the HR Coordinator supports aspects of the entire cross-functional HR team; including support of efforts in recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and employee experience and engagement.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator. The HR coordinator:
- Assists the HR Generalist with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Reporting on employee birthdays and anniversaries
- I-9 Verifications
- Basic billing comparisons
- Maintain employee files and records in accordance with the law
- Coordinates termination paperwork
- Manage unemployment and/or leave claims by gathering relevant information, providing documentation
- Placing orders for awards on a quarterly and annual basis
- Support employees enrolling the Aeroflow Diaper program, Gym Membership program, etc.
- Assists the Payroll Specialist by
- Reporting through HRIS
- Following up with employees as needed
- Resetting HRIS passwords
- Supports the HR team by:
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining strict confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
- Demonstrating a commitment to Aeroflow’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Higher Required.
- 1+ Year of administrative office experience or equivalent experience in an educational setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
