The HR Department located at the Longleaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center in Wilson NC, is seeking a problem solver with a passion for providing superior customer service. Being eager to learn new processes and possessing top-notch organizational skills necessary to maintain filing systems are assets of viable candidates for this role.
This position serves as the initial point of contact for the LNMTC HR department by providing primary HR support duties, receiving, and processing HR related inquiries by both telephone and visitors. This position is charged with processing HR actions in the Integrated HR Payroll System, employee recordkeeping and database maintenance and reporting duties. This position is responsible for file management of the HR file room. The position assists in special projects as assigned by the HR Manager. This position will be cross trained in various areas of HR and may serve as back up as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Associates degree, typically in Human Resources from an appropriately accredited institution or relevant field and no years of experience required
OR
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
