Home Instead is the industry's trusted worldwide provider of non-medical, in-home assistance to seniors. We are seeking a qualified applicant for a Human Resources Coordinator for our office in Shallotte / Ocean Isle Beach. In this position, you will ensure that this office has a ready staff of qualified, trained CAREGivers to meet the non-medical needs of our elderly clients. Our Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, interviews, hiring, orientation training, and retention of Home Instead's caregiver team.
This position requires an individual who thrives on substantial person-to-person contact during the business day. The ideal candidate for this job will have:
- HR knowledge / experience - particularly in the areas of applicant recruitment/interviewing, and staff training/retention
- Communication, organizational, and planning skills a must!
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to handle fast changing situations
- Scheduling experience a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Be knowledgeable in Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets and general computer knowledge
- Be skilled at team building
- Be energetic, out-going and confident- this is a fast pace role!
