Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of Human Resources? McGrath Family of Dealerships is on the lookout for a talented individual to fill our entry-level Human Resources Coordinator role.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate regular reports for HR, Payroll, and Management team.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements for open positions.
- Source potential candidates through platforms like Indeed.
- Complete candidate background and MVR checks with precision.
- Process various payrolls, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and commission payrolls as well as processing manual special compensation checks.
- Develop and maintain payroll procedures and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain the HRIS system with accurate employee data.
- Ensure the confidentiality and completeness of all personnel and medical files.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience or education in Human Resources preferred.
- Prior experience or education in Payroll preferred.
- Experience using an HRIS preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication skills.
