Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
- Conducts all duties related to Human Resources as assigned by the Administrator, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, orientating, onboarding, training, scheduling, and counseling employees
- Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels, comprised of the highest quality team members
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Human Resources or work-related experience preferred
- Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Proficient computer skills required
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Wage Range: $24.00/hr-$27.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
