HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process In this role, you will provide HR leadership to the MICT/ISS team based in Milwaukee (Electric Avenue and Waukesha South plants), as a connected partner to the business, developing and executing HR strategy in support of business objectives. You will provide expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, horizontal teaming and organizational design to these critical operating functions.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise for the full scope of the HR client support for the above client groups
- Partner with the client leaders and their staff, to provide strategic HR partnership to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable the SBU and ISC's objectives
- Partner with the Leadership teams to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change and improve the employee experience
- Act as an organizational & simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance
- Strategically partner with above Leadership teams to design and implement the most effective organizational structures to drive horizontal teaming, compliance & safety culture, to drive business growth, simplification, and maximize team performance
- Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
- Provide strategic coaching to key talent in extended client group as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
- Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
- Strategically lead business and HR team through critical HR operating rhythms such as People Reviews, salary planning, performance management, culture stewardship and change management
- With the support of the leadership team, develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a HR related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience).
- Minimum 7 years prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR, Operations or Service-oriented environment

- Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
- Developed (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
- Coaching and leadership assessment experience with confidence and care to provide coaching in a way that inspires development
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
- Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce
- Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and team- oriented culture
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills
- Ability to energize and lead in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
