Role Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources professional who, in partnership with the HR team, will be responsible for providing quality Human Resources support to approximately 300 exempt and non-exempt employees company wide, as well as supporting projects and initiatives for the larger platform of companies. This role will provide overall HR support but will place an emphasis on actively engaging in the end-to-end hiring process. This position will play a key role in attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding, in addition to other HR duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting the overall talent process and strategy

• Continually identify innovative and engaging methods to attract candidates.

• Consult with managers to identify staffing requirements.

• Assist in managing the candidate and recruitment life cycle to include job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, offers, and pre-employment processes, including onboarding

• Maintains, updates and enhances the companies careers page and applicant tracking system as needed

• Updates HR reporting to include metrics such as turnover, time to fill, recruitment cost, temporary employee utilization, quality of hires, etc.

• Use the companies recruiting and HRIS to manage data and candidate/employee information

• May assist with addressing employee relations matters

• Support the training process, tracking and administration

• Take part or lead employee event coordination

• Benefit and payroll support

• Support, as well as lead HR initiatives or projects

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have Human Resources experience, preferably in supporting multiple locations nationwide and possessing the following knowledge and technical experience:

• Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of human resource experience, with some staffing/recruitment experience or education equivalent.

  • Experience navigating through HRIS and ATS platforms.

  • General knowledge of local, state, and federal labor regulations.

  • Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data, identify trends and develop, recommend and implement solutions

  • Able to or has the potential to identify and understand business needs and administer HR programs to meet those needs

  • Intermediate to advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Salary: Range is $22/hr - $31/hr based on experience, education and skillset
