This role serves as the primary point of contact to assigned franchisees. This position assists the Operations Officer and Field VP with executing the US strategy and key initiatives at the Field Office level.

Role:

• Cultivates productive, influential working relationships that result in improved business results
• Accountable to help O/Os improve customer satisfaction, Guest Counts, and sales & cash flow
• Protects the McDonald’s brand the McDonald’s brand by identifying and addressing issues that may pose risks to customer experience, and ensures brand perceptions are addressed appropriately
• Identifies root cause issues at the organization and restaurant levels through data analysis, in-person observation, and stakeholder conversations
• Partners with O/Os to detail organizational strengths / weaknesses and assist the O/O in his/her development of structured business growth plans and objectives
• Helps O/Os plan and sequence BBV2020 initiatives
• Conducts structured coaching activities (i.e., Business Reviews, Business Planning Sessions, Systems Excellence Visits, etc.) for assigned O/O Orgs
• Improves O/O capabilities by leveraging optional company tools and available resources, Operations Associate support & expertise, and best practices across business functions (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, etc.)
• Leverages data and analytics from all Operations Associate evaluations to guide their decision making and time allocation in service of O/Os
• Escalates high-priority issues to the Market Franchise Director

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify root causes and key performance drivers Entrepreneurial problem solver able to prioritize O/Os and issues to allocate time effectively
• Leverages resources and best practices across the organization to support regional marketing teams
• Deeply understands key performance drivers of restaurant operations
• Flexible thinker capable of addressing diverse restaurant issues
• Uses data to drive decision-making and recommendations
• Collaborative individual that works with O/Os to cultivate knowledge sharing and -buy-in to recommendations Trustworthy, influential coach that can build skills and capabilities
• Restaurant / hospitality experience preferred
