Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and exit interviews
- Support HR team with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Process employee requests for information, documents, and HR-related matters
- Assist in organizing HR events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- Assist Accounting Department with collections and other tasks
- Other miscellaneous projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar administrative role
- Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
