Due to tremendous growth, we have an opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our Human Resources Department as our Human Resources Assistant!

The HR Assistant assists with the day-to -day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs, and initiatives. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Owning and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR systems, benefits, and questions.
• Maintaining DOT Files and attendance records
• Maintaining an efficient flow of information to ensure transactions are processed accurately; assisting in HR-related paperwork and reporting completion
• Assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience working in an office environment
• High attention to detail with proven organizational skills
• Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
