- Contact the 1099 installer’s insurance agent to expedite COI completion
- Assist the recruiting team with contacting potential 1099 installers
- Management of and ensure accuracy of the subcontractor tracking sheets
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisor or hiring managers
- Ensure accuracy of subcontractor submissions to the Coupa team
- Document all onboarding items correctly and accurately into SharePoint
- Recognize, document, and alert management team of ongoing trends with calls
- Follow up with contractor calls if/when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with COI (Certificate of Insurance) is a large plus
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility in approach and problem-solving
