- Compiles forms and information for the accurate set up of employee payroll, personnel and other related files.
- Runs reports from the payroll database and monitors for accuracy.
- Validates new system requirements with existing processes.
- Creates and uploads employee data to third party providers.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful payroll system implementation.
- Researches and responds to employee requests regarding benefits, payroll and specifically answering a high volume of questions during the "go live" period after the Ceridian implementation.
- Offers and explains information on benefits, policies, recruitment, payroll and training.
- Maintains personnel, medical and training files and records; tracks employee health and wellness requirements and creates related reports.
- Maintains confidentiality of privileged information and adheres to patient privacy laws.

Completion of an Associate's degree in Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, or a related field; and two years of administrative support experience which included a high volume of public contact; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
