Daily responsibilities include:
- Personnel record filing
- Keying training info. into ADP
- Processing background check requests
- Completing reference checks
- Implementing the hiring process from Request to Hire to administering the Start to Work papers.
- Coordinate supplies for filing
- Create new hire packets
- Will learn how to find information in ADP and provide personnel keying projects.
The Human Resources Assistant will adhere to strict confidentiality of employee information. May provide back up to Central Front Desk as needed. Eligible candidates shall have a minimum of a high school education. Shall have at least 2 years’ experience closely related work experience.
