Form of work Kavaliro has partnered with an excellent, fast growing client who is seeking a fulltime, direct hire, Accounts Payable Manager in Orlando FL.
ResponsibilitiesManage team productivity, accuracy and quality in processing vendor invoices and payables.
Ensure all vendor inquiries and statements are reviewed/addressed in a timely manner.
Provides exceptional leadership and leads resolution of escalated payables customer service issues.
Coordinates Accounts Payable activities for mergers and acquisitions.
Supervises all regular duties associated with the preparation, generation, and distribution of vendor payments.
Hires and trains new Accounts Payable team members.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting preferred.
2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
