Human Resources Assistant Ii

Hanover Foods Corporation, Hanover, Pa. is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant II. This position is responsible to maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records, reports, and files for active and terminated hourly plant employees. Assists the HR Manager with the interview process and new hire orientations.
The qualified candidate will have one to two years experience in a payroll/personnel function, good oral and written communication skills, the ability to work well with all types of people, including applicants, employees and plant management, computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to operate office equipment, calculator, copier, fax, phone system, etc. Must be able to pay attention to detail and be accurate and efficient in recordkeeping, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and must be able to maintain extreme confidentiality.
