POSITION SUMMARY: Provides Administrative Support to the Human Resources Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to Human Resources to include files and records maintenance, creation of various reports and/or correspondence.
- Maintains files for Employee Trainings and audits.
- Handles appropriate paperwork needed for new hires and onboarding.
- Handles tracking for ACA “Affordable Care Act” annually.
- Responds to appropriate HR Helpdesk inquiries.
- Acts as record keeper, maintaining all Personnel and related confidential employee files, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:
- Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent job duties or participant in High School Co-op program preferred.
