In this position, you will provide administrative support to the
Human Resources Department.
This includes various duties, from creating various reports, helping with hospital wide celebrations such as
Hospital Week to welcoming the perfect candidate as they begin their journey with MMC.
You will coordinate the new hire screening process, maintain electronic employee files,
assist individuals with their benefit enrollments, and work with the
Training & Development Specialist to ensure the new hire has a
positive onboarding experience.
We would love it if you have previous experience using the ADP Workforce Now system!
