Tax Office Assistant
(Financial Services Firm)
Our client’s Financial Wealth Management & Tax Firm located in the Cordele, GA area is looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a professional Financial Office Assistant / Tax Office Assistantwho is ready to help an already thriving company. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • CRM / Office Software experience (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, DocuSign, Adobe, Etc.)
  • Advanced Technology Skills and use of MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, Skype, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year of Financial Services, Tax/Accounting, Banking or Insurance experience is a plus
  • College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study is a plus
  • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification is a plus
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. In providing excellent client service as a Financial Office Assistant / Tax Office Assistant you will:
  • Greet clients in a warm, friendly manner by phone, video, email, etc.
  • Initiate and track client paperwork and account transactions effectively (Example: New/Existing account paperwork, tax filing progress, transfers, contributions, etc.)
  • Follow up on pending business with companies, clients and regulatory entities
  • Complete various industry specific administrative tasks within established filing and paperwork timelines/deadlines
  • Update CRM System and client data to reflect the most current and accurate information
  • Ensure inquires and concerns are addressed and resolved, achieving expected service levels
  • Provide both pre/post Client Meeting Support for the Financial Advisor(s) / CPA(s)
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
  • Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met, providing effective, high-quality service for clients
  • Manage data updates on Website, Social-Media and/or Marketing Communications as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, communications and participate in company / client events as needed
  • Manage Financial Advisor(s) / CPA(s) calendar appointments, travel, meetings, etc. as needed
  • Assist in monitoring Financial Advisor(s) / CPA(s) emails, calls, communications as needed
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Financial Advisor(s) / CPA(s), company staff, and vendors to ultimately provide effective, high-quality service for clients

COMPENSATION
  • $40,000 - $55,000 Annual Compensation
    *Based Upon Experience, Licensing and/or Certifications*
